Gold pendant from the Idaean Cave. It is probably a fusion of two different pieces of jewellery, a rectangular plaque and a hollow ring of unequal thickness. Both the decoration and construction techniques are reminiscent of eastern models. 8th century BC. Athens, National Archaeological Museum, Athens Χρ 674.
