The Internet and Multimedia Department, in the framework of the Foundation's objective to approach children and young people has created a family of characters who appear in a series of products for children. The main characters, Jason and Danae and their friends, are the leading characters in the CD-ROMs "Mystery in Ancient Miletus" and "Looking for Alexander the Great", in the quarterly children's newspaper "Cosmos News", as well as in the web pages of the IMEakia site.

IMEakia is the children's "voice" of the Foundation of the Hellenic World and can be accessed in the web sitewww.imeakia.gr.This is FHW's children web portal, which was created and administrated by the department in order to entertain our little friends and engage them in creative activities. The children's club "IMEakia" is addressed to groups of students and educators who wish to have direct contact and information about FHW's work and invites them to an "adventurous and creative" collaboration.
